Gerardo Santiago Toledo is a B.Sc. in Biotechnology Engineering student at Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), Mexico City Campus. Gerardo is currently participating in the first generation of the International Excellence Program of ITESM-UPC (Spring term), in which he is working with the GBMI (Applied Biotechnology Research) in the APROPOS Project for adding value to fish and agricultural industry co-streams.
