Assoc. Prof. Margarita Morillo

Scientific profile

Dr. Margarita Morillo is an Associate Professor at UPC. During her Doctoral Thesis she worked on the synthesis and characterization of polymers, like poly(γ -glutamate)s and poly(β-aspartate)s. Her research is currently focused on the study of the structure-function relationships of membrane protein receptors, particularly on the visual G-protein coupled receptor rhodopsin.
